Why in-person care matters
Hearing aids are physical devices, and some problems are physical. A screen cannot swap a wire length, reseat a dome, or verify what the device is actually doing inside your ear canal.
Buying online keeps the price down. Adding a local audiologist keeps the fitting honest. You can choose either — or start online and add in-person care later.
Either way, the device is identical. The only difference is whether a person adjusts it in a room with you, or on a video call.
