Oticon Reveal: Clear speech, without losing the room
Reveal is Oticon’s new hearing aid family, offered here in technology levels 1, 2 and 3. Oticon has long argued that the brain, not the hearing aid, should decide what to focus on — and that stripping away everything except speech makes listening feel flat and isolating. Reveal is the most advanced version of that idea so far.
Dual AI: Speech AI and Context AI
Reveal runs two AI systems side by side. Speech AI identifies voices and makes them easier to follow in busy surroundings. Context AI works on everything else, keeping the sounds that tell you what’s happening around you — a door, footsteps, a car approaching, someone calling your name from across the room.
Handling both together is the key difference from hearing aids that focus narrowly on speech. You still get help in noise, but the room stays in the picture.
Why a fuller sound picture matters
Understanding speech isn’t only about hearing the words. Your brain uses the whole soundscape to orient itself, decide where to direct attention and switch between conversations. When a hearing aid removes too much, many people find the result tiring or unnatural. Reveal is designed to give the brain more to work with, which is why it tends to suit people who dislike an over-processed sound.
Less wind, less handling noise
Wind & Handling Stabilizer 2.0 reduces the rush of wind across the microphones and the scratchy noise of adjusting glasses, a hat or a phone near your ear, while keeping speech audible. It makes a noticeable difference outdoors, on walks or on the golf course.
Small, rechargeable and connected
Reveal comes in Oticon’s compact miniRITE style, which sits discreetly behind the ear with a thin wire to the speaker in your ear canal. It’s rechargeable — charge it overnight and it’s ready in the morning — and streams phone calls, music and TV audio over Bluetooth, with hands-free calling on compatible phones.
For people with single-sided hearing loss, the platform also supports CROS, which routes sound from the poorer side to the better ear.

Reveal is a strong choice if you want help in noise but still want to feel part of your surroundings — and especially if other hearing aids have sounded artificial or closed-in to you.
