Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX: Four AI networks, one conversation
Pure Charge&Go MaX is Signia’s newest receiver-in-canal range, offered here in the 7 and 5 technology levels and built on its Multi-adaptive Xperience — MaX — platform. Where many AI hearing aids use a single network to separate speech from noise, Signia splits the job across four, each responsible for a different part of what you hear, and has them make decisions together.
Acoustic Intelligence: four networks working together
Signia calls the approach Acoustic Intelligence. One network concentrates on the voices around you; one recognises your own voice; one reads the overall scene — a quiet lounge, a café, a street; and one characterises the background noise. Because they share what they find, the hearing aids can treat a noisy room where you’re talking differently from a noisy room where you’re only listening.
The MaX chip that runs all this is the biggest hardware change. Signia quotes 54 times the processing power of its earlier generations, double the memory and 50% better energy efficiency — the headroom needed to keep four networks running continuously.
Designed around group conversation
RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI is aimed at the hardest situation for most wearers: several people talking, often over each other. It follows multiple speakers as the conversation moves around the table and enhances them together — Signia says it analyses 75% more data points per second than its previous IX platform. The two hearing aids also coordinate constantly, keeping the processing balanced between your ears.
In Signia’s own testing, 97% of wearers did better with MaX in noisy group conversation than with key competitors. That’s a manufacturer study, not a guarantee — but it shows what the platform is built to do.
Your own voice, sounding like you
One common reason people give up on hearing aids is that their own voice sounds boomy or hollow. Own Voice Processing AI recognises your voice and processes it separately from everyone else’s — and on MaX it does so without a separate calibration step.
Noise that’s managed, not muted
Dynamic Noise Control AI looks at what kind of noise it is, where it’s coming from and whether you’re in a conversation before deciding how much to reduce it. Ambient Scene Adaptation AI does the same for the environment as a whole, adjusting as you move from place to place instead of relying on fixed programmes.
Every way to connect
OneConnect puts Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio and a telecoil in the same hearing aid — so it streams from phones and TVs, is ready for the newest wireless standard, and still works with the hearing loops found in many churches, theatres and service counters. Full Auracast broadcast support is on the way: Signia says it will arrive through a firmware update in the Signia app by March 2027.
