Sensia is ReSound’s AI-powered hearing aid family, offered here in technology levels 9, 7 and 5 and in ten colours. ReSound’s approach centres on the conversation in front of you: it combines awareness of your surroundings, directional microphones and AI noise reduction in one system it calls Intelligent All-Around.

Intelligent All-Around

Intelligent All-Around brings three things together. The hearing aids keep track of your surroundings in real time; directional microphones focus on what’s in front of you; and AI-powered noise reduction makes background noise less intrusive. The system adjusts continuously, so you aren’t switching programmes as you move from a quiet room to a busy one.

Four microphones, one forward beam

For noisy places, Sensia uses four synchronised microphones — two in each hearing aid, working as a team — to form a forward-facing beam. That helps you focus naturally on the person you’re facing across a table, while a deep neural network makes speech more prominent against the noise around it.

AcoustIQ: adapting as you go

AcoustIQ continuously monitors your surroundings and adjusts the hearing aids’ settings as your environment changes — from a car to a café to a quiet living room.

LE Audio, Auracast and the Smart 3D app

Sensia supports Bluetooth LE Audio for streaming calls, music and other audio from compatible phones, and Auracast for shared broadcast audio in venues that offer it. The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you personalise settings and manage your hearing aids — and where available, your hearing care professional can make certain adjustments remotely.

Rechargeable and protected

ReSound rates the rechargeable Sensia microRIE at up to 30 hours of use per charge, depending on streaming and activity. Sensia is IP68-rated with a protective nanocoating, so everyday moisture and dust aren’t a concern.

Buying online keeps the price down. But a hearing aid only performs as well as it is fitted, and some of that work can’t happen over a screen: choosing the right dome and wire length, checking the seal in your ear, and measuring what the aid actually delivers inside your ear canal.

What do 9, 7 and 5 mean?

They’re ReSound’s technology levels. Sensia 9 is the premium tier with the most processing and automatic features; 7 and 5 are the same hearing aid with fewer of them, at lower prices.

How long does the battery last?

ReSound rates the rechargeable Sensia microRIE at up to 30 hours per charge. Streaming and noisy surroundings shorten that, as with any hearing aid.

Can my audiologist adjust it remotely?

Where the service is available, your hearing care professional can make certain adjustments through the ReSound Smart 3D app. Your in-person visits cover everything that needs hands-on work.

Is in-person care included in the price?

Yes. One price covers the hearing aids and five in-person visits in your first year with a partner audiologist near you: your fitting and programming, real-ear measurement to verify the fit, dome, wire and receiver changes, and hands-on cleaning and servicing. There’s no separate care fee. After the first year, further appointments are charged by the clinic at its standard rate.

Why is in-person care part of every order?

Because fit matters as much as technology. The most advanced hearing aid will still whistle, feel uncomfortable or sound wrong if the dome, wire or settings aren’t right for your ear. Including the care means you’re never left to sort that out on your own.

Do I need a hearing test first?

Yes — hearing aids are programmed to your hearing test. If you already have a recent audiogram, you can submit it here. If not, call us on (888) 509-2544 and we’ll help you arrange one.

Should I buy a pair or one hearing aid?

Most people with hearing loss in both ears do best with a pair: two hearing aids work together, which helps with telling where sound comes from and with hearing in noise. If only one ear is affected, a single hearing aid may be all you need — your hearing test and your audiologist will guide you. In-person care is included either way.

What if they aren’t right for me?

You have 60 days from purchase to request a return. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging; email support@hearmoretoday.com to start. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Can I use insurance or financing?
