Signia Silk Charge&Go IX: Hearing help that’s almost invisible
Silk Charge&Go IX is for people whose first wish is that nobody notices their hearing aids. It sits completely in the ear canal, it’s rechargeable, and it runs on Signia’s Integrated Xperience (IX) platform. It’s offered here in the 7IX and 5IX technology levels, in Black or Mocha.
Completely in the canal
Silk is a completely-in-canal (CIC) hearing aid: the whole device sits inside the ear canal, so from most angles there’s nothing to see. It’s ready to wear with soft silicone Click Sleeves in different sizes, or it can be paired with a custom mould if your ear needs a more exact fit.
Integrated Xperience sound processing
Silk runs on Signia’s IX platform with Dynamic Soundscape Processing 3.0, which adjusts the sound to your surroundings as they change. Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0 has the two hearing aids work together to help you focus on the person you’re talking to — a clever trick for a device this small, which has room for only one microphone on each side.
Less echo, less wind
AutoEchoShield reduces the echo of hard rooms — kitchens, halls, churches — that can make speech harder to follow. eWindScreen reduces wind noise when you’re outdoors. Up to six listening programmes can be set up for the places you spend time.
A charger that fits in your pocket
Silk charges in a pocket-sized case that holds up to four full recharges, so a weekend away doesn’t mean packing a cable. The case also charges wirelessly on a Qi pad.
Tinnitus support built in
If you also live with ringing in your ears, Silk includes Signia’s tinnitus features — Ocean Waves, Static noise and Notch Therapy — which your clinic can set up alongside your hearing programmes.

The 7IX gives you the most processing; the 5IX costs less and suits quieter routines.
Every Silk from this page includes five in-person visits at a partner clinic in your first year — including choosing the Click Sleeve size, or a custom mould, that makes an in-canal fit work.
