2. We call you — We’ll book your consultation at your nearest partner hearing store, at a time that suits you.
3. Consult, buy and get fitted in person — Your audiologist confirms the right choice, you complete your purchase at the store, and they fit and program the hearing aids to your hearing.
4. Fine-tune through the year — Use your follow-up visits for adjustments, cleaning and servicing.

Exchanges

Want a different model, level or color? We’ll exchange it, and your 60 days start again from the new fitting.

Warranty

A 3-year manufacturer warranty is included. You can add years 4 and 5 for $149 per hearing aid per year during your 60-day trial.

Your care
